Through this partnership, LAFC is able to offer a variety of courses in Life-Long Health and Fitness. These courses are designed to promote healthy living through regular exercise and proper nutrition. They also provide support for continuing education in related fields. Courses include Cardio Fitness, Core Training, Free Weight Strength Training, Aerobics, Full Body Circuit Training, High-Intensity Interval Training, Dance Fitness , Pilates, Yoga, Indoor Cycling and Line Dancing Classes. To assist in focusing each person’s fitness efforts, LAFC incorporates Body Composition Analysis using state-of-the-art hi-tech analytical scales and computer software programs.
